My HVAC controls are acting crazy. The fan controls will operate on high when the fan control switch is in the off position. The blower will sometimes shut off temporarly and then on again when not in the off position. I have replaced the blower resistor motor but it did not help. I have pulled fuses and disconected the battery for a reset but no help. Any suggestions or advice what to do would be appreciated.

You have one suggestion above, and other will follow.

You replaced the blower resistor, or the motor, or both? Do you have separate rear heat controls?

There are several reset procedures you can try. The crazy-sounding one is to disconnect both battery cables and touch the ends of the negative and positive cables together. Alternately, disconnect the battery and hit the brakes a few times, cycle the key, etc., to drain any residual memory.

If you have access to a Tech 2, you can reset the HVAC system and/or run tests on the individual components.
