AC Fan speed

I usually have my AC/heat set to AUTO. This weekend it was in the mid 70s and very sunny. I had the temp in vehicle set to 70. I noticed that the fan kept fluctuating every couple of minutes between blasting and off every as I drove. I don't recall that behavior in the past.

I had brought the vehicle in for service and one of the recalls was for recharging the AC. Anyone else having that issue? Any suggestion other than controlling the fan in manual mode?

The recall isn't for recharging the AC. The 2015's were over charged from the factory, so we have to recover the freon and put the correct amount into the system. But that does not sound like normal operation. Fan will fluctuate if there is constant change in sun though. Solar sensor is used for climate control.
