Hey guys, I have a question regarding sensors and DTC’s. I have had you delete the EVAP in my 02 Yukon Denali. From talking to you and reading about this, my understanding is that the sensor has been deleted from the tune. But now someone who does their own tuning with HP Tuners says that’s not right. He is saying that’s “deleting the codes” because he is setting the code to “no report”. It’s not deleting the sensor from the tune. I don’t think that’s right because codes don’t report, sensors report and what that is doing is setting the SENSOR to “no report” which is in effect deleting the sensor from the tune. Who is right?
