a/c not blowing cold air in hot temps

goodmorning guys my 2003 tahoe is not blowing cold air whenever im at a stop in very hot temps over 90 what could be the problem?

Check your refrigerant pressures, and make sure your radiator fans are pulling enough air across the condenser

whats the ideal pressure and my tahoe has fan with a clutch could it be the fan clutch? the clutch engages when its hot i can hear it ‍
