Up front AC is not blowing cold air, the real its blowing cold air. The air up front is not hot nor cold kinda in the middle. About 7 months ago I had the issue up front one side hot one aide cold. I replace the blend door actuator upper passager side behind the radio. I didn't replace the lower passage. It repaired the problem. Yesterday I have this current issue not cold up front but cold in the rear. I removed the lower passage side actuator to see if it moves and it does when i abjust the temp control I also moved manually the door. Air goes from hot to not cold. Side note one thing I noticed my coolant was super low I refilled it no change. Also in the rear on the ground there's water present which is normal, but up front no water on the ground.

This generation had a problem with condensers which may account for the lost coolant too.

These trucks use an orifice tube to meter the freon on the front evaporator and an expansion valve to meter the freon on the rear evaporator.

The expansion valve is much more forgiving with low freon pressure than the orifice tube.

I know you mentioned your coolant was low, I am assuming you are talking about the antifreeze in the radiator/surge tank.

I would bet your freon is low also.

I'm guessing my next step is getting the freon levels checked? Should I get it hooked up to a machine or just buy a bottle from parts store with a gauge on it?

Doing it yourself is cheaper.
