99 Tahoe running rough

So obviously I’m throwing a code, replaced the engine about a year ago, in the video it’s hard to tell but it runs rough (shaking,rumbling) but a couple seconds after I let off the throttle it goes silent, almost like the car cuts off but obviously it’s not and then I hit the gas again it’s starts rumbling, any insights or any one had this issue before?
