Looking for 7 pin wiring diagram that doesn't have a white wire as the ground. My 2003 tahoe factory 7 pin trailer plug doesn't have a white wire.

Idk yet but its a helluvalot closer than anything I've seen on the interwebs in the last 4 hours. Thanks. I believe it'll do the trick. First thing I've seen where a white wire isn't the ground.
Ima try it when the sun and temp rises a lil bit

That diagram appears to be the harness connector that will attach to the back of the actual 7-blade connector that's on the hitch.

EDIT: from Rock Auto

They are the exact same colors as the wires that go into the back of the "actual 7-blade connector" that i plug my trailer lights into. Fingers crossed they work. Going to look good mounted to the left of the license plate!!

I can't tell what you're doing since I didn't understand your response. If you're bypassing the harness connector I posted and wiring directly to the 7-blade connector, it's something I wouldn't do. I also don't know what 7-blade connector you have, so if it's aftermarket with screw terminals for the wires, I guess that would be easy enough to do it directly. But if the new 7-blade connects like OE, then I'd think it easier to use the harness connector.
