3/5 kit question

I searched for it but couldn't find it, In tonys 3/5 kit does it replace the upper or lower control arms for the front wheels? thanks guys.

if you wanted the upper and lower a arms in the front would be $1195 shipped. The kit with the lowers only 3/5 would be $925 shipped
