2nd row seat mounting studs cut off!

These four 2nd row seat studs are cut off from being decommissioned. Has anyone ran into this? Are these threaded into the floor like most? Wanted to see if anyone had gone through this before I dive in. Thanks

I don't know, but if there's enough thread on them I think I would double nut them and back them out.
