289 Oil pan Gasket

Today I come looking for information not tahoe related! I have a '67 Mustang with a 289 that has a pretty serious oil leak. I plan on pulling the pan and replacing the pan gasket. My question for all of you with muscle car / general old car experience is, do you recommend I do anything else in there while I have the pan off? Replacing anything else or checking anything else?
