2500/3500 brush guard on Tahoe??

I found a warn Trans4mer winch mount for a 2003 2500/3500 gmc, and was wondering if it would fit the a 2004 tahoe without mods? Anyone tried mounting a 2500 brush guard to a hoe before????

Because it mounts to the frame and seeing how they are different frames, I'm guessing there would be a fitment issue. I would start with calling warn and seeing if the frame mount kit for the Tahoe is available separately.
