Looking at a set of rims with 295/40/24's

Currently running 305/50/20's which are near the stock tire size.

curious if on stock suspension I am going to have issues with rubbing with the tire size. Found a good deal on a set of wheels and tires. It seems that they are about 1.3 inches taller and it looks like I have a fair amount of clearance on the front end.

Any experiences?

I got my friends factory wheels and tires from his 07 Tahoe and they are an inch bigger than the factory size on my 03 and I only notice rubbing when I turn hard right and back up and even then it is just on the plastic inner fender so there isn't anything to worry about. I know this isn't exactly the same but it is close. If the deal is sweet enough I could deal with a little rubbing when turning hard left or right.
