24 inch Marinello's with almost new tires?

Found a set, now im looking for input here on what they are worth used. They are in very very good shape with no curb rash or scratches. The tires have only around 3k on them and look almost new. They are all chrome with the no marking center hub.
What is a good price for them? They will have TPMS in them as well.

If the tire brand is decent I would say $1200 max

I got a brand new set for $1800 w/cheap tires. So with good, brand name tires I would say maybe $1500 at most. I guess it just depends how much it matters to you if they are used or not.
