Went on vacation this past week up in the Rockies and driving from deadwood to Cody Wyoming the trans got up the 221 deg. going up the mountains. I'm going to guess it was about 14 miles and not sure how long it was that hot before checking so I'll guess a half hour. Anyway do you think the trans fluid is still good after getting that hot. I wasn't towing anything and the outside temp was maybe 85 deg. The fluid has less the 10k on it and it doesn't look burnt. I'm not sure at what temp. it starts to degrade.
