I just bought a 2001 Tahoe Z71 Stock. I have some new 20x12 XD diesel rims with 33s. I want to know if i can get away with using a leveling kit for now. If so which one should i get?

Thank you for your reply. I figured i would have to do some trimming but just not sure how much. I tried searching for some pictures online just to see what it would look like but the closest i found was someone running 20x10 with 33s. What leveling kit would you suggest i try?

Go to ford dealership and ask for ford torsion keys, hey are all the same, get longer shocks, 2" spacer for rear from eBay. To fit those x12s ur gonna need atleast a 3"'bl or a real lift or cut something serious

yea i had 20x12 with 33s no lift at all. no trimming. then i had 20x10s with 35" toyo m/ts with just lift keys just had to do alittle trimming. people over exaggerate the rubbing issue

Completely dependent upon the offset but I'm a bit dubious about you running 20x12s with no lift and 33s. Cranked keys, high offset, and 305/50s maybe but these trucks don't clear wide ass wheels too easily without some trimming (which isn't bad if you do it right).

i had cranked stock keys for the 33s but that barely leveled it out if that.

Those arnt x12s. The tires not even stretched and ur wheels are tucked. Can't fit x12s an 33s without major hacking on just keys

These are x12s on 33s with a 6". Look how the tires are stretched and how far they stick out. Look how much the bumper had to be cut even with a cranked 6". Plz do research before posting bc its obvious u have no clue what wheel setup u have

It's gonna rub. I have 20x10's on 35's with keys, 1.5" spacers, and a 3" body lift and had to do quite a bit of trimming.

12 is too wide. 20x8 to 20x10 and it will work for you. take pictures of the cutting!
