2017 Tahoe rear A/C

Something is wrong with this a/c. The refrigerant is OK, no leakage. It is cold while moving and hot when the car is parking! Any help plz.?

If its cold when moving sounds like it's airflow over the condenser issue. At idle the fan needs to pull air through the condenser. Also, if it's dirty can cause this kind of problem. I'd clean out the condenser and check the fan.

Is your fan working properly? Is your refrigerant low? I'd check that too.
