Ok the Best part of purchasing a PPV, or any car that is not new is upgrading them The way that you want. So today I ordered all necessary parts, Hopefully, that I need to install install the HUD into Tahoe PPV. After I removed the upper part of the dash, i looked down in the cavity and noticed a harness resting on the bottom. Does any anyone have any idea what this connects to?

Any progress on this project?
Yes sir, CMatt reached out to me and told me that plug is for the collision lights in the dash not the heads up display (HUD). So I ordered the harness, from CMatt with all the other required parts from his list, now I’m just waiting on a warm day to install the HUD.. I will make sure to post pics when I start the task…

How do I get the parts listed as well as sources for the parts to install the HUD on my 2021 Yukon SLT, is this a major project?

Can you install HUD with standard windshield? That would make everything a lot easier but I thought the windshield was part of the display?

I have assembled everything needed for this swap. Includeing blue Denali cluster, HUD module, black leather dash cover, left dash a/c dash piece with HUD switch, 2.5 radio and XM module, and the correct wire harness. If interested, I was going to install in my Tahoe but I didn’t.

If you still have it all, would you mind PM-ing me with a price?

Any updates on how this worked? Was it worth it?
I recently did this retrofit and it works great. The non HUD windshield does make the image blurred\doubled. It's annoying at first, but after a week or so I got used to it.
