Just picked up this Tahoe. Beautiful truck and owner started and almost finished interior work. Center console is in but nothing works he gave me a harness said had to be installed. I’ve tried looking online but can’t find anything there is a button intergeated into harness for compressor as well have no idea where that goes. So 2 usb cigarette charger in front tray , 2 usb aux another cig charger in main compartment in back is another cig charter and regular outlet and the top has a wireless tray all not working. Each side near radio has the heated seat buttons, which don’t know if truck has what wound unhook for under seat. .power seats work sorry for the run on sentence lol

Welcome to the forum from Virginia. That’s a nice rig. I haven’t done the job you’re describing but there’s a ppv section on here. Have you checked it? If so look at a few conversations and message one of the gurus there. There are lots of helpful people here.

Hello, I just completed this Mod a few months ago, i have the instructions on the install somewhere in my IPad i will find them and shoot them over to you as soon as i dig them out.. let me know. Also i believe this is @cmatt harness he is a wealth of knowledge here on the forum, you could reach out to him also..
@Bigmike750 can u pls send me also details how to add the console I have a 2016 tahoe ppv . I just got a centre console with a lot of wiring harness but couldn't find the similar ports on my truck. Soo it will be a great help if u can tell me how to do it .

@Bigmike750 I'm in the same boat. I've got my console in but no wiring harness connector, just a loom of bare wires. I also need to source a female connector to connect to the center console and match all the wires together. I'm not sure if thats the way it works or not. Theres usb cables and a bunch of other connectors that are important, like the rear hvac controls, aux input, and 2nd row 110v outlet, and seat heater control. I'll keep reading but it would be great if someone could reach out to me and help me get it sorted out.
If you could send me this information that would be amazing! I have the same issue happening with my 2016 Tahoe PPV that I would like to repair

Did anyone get the instructions on how to do it? I was only able to get two cigarette plugs to work.
I have a harness that will plug in at the floor on pass side and runs up to power the front cig plug. You'd also untape (from the PPV wiring harness) and leave the current PPV USB harness installed and run it up to the interior console storage area USB. I also have the dual USB cable from GM that you'd run to to the front USB. You basically remove the glove box, unplug the green plug from the HMI module, plug this cable in, then run one leg up to the back of the radio and the other leg under the dash to the front of the console to make the front USB's work.
The rear 12v you can extend your current PPV harness at the dash and plug it into either rear plug or the one in the console storage area under the lid.
Basically everything would work except the wiring charging (I think?) and the 110V outlet at the rear of the console. For the 110v you could cut your wires at the 110v outlet under dash and extend wires over to the outlet on the rear.
My buddy sold me the wiring harness and I used it for a a few weeks until I was able to get something else. The USB 3 way cable is still new in the bag.
