Is there a fee for their services?Contact a Lemon Law Attorney and let them guide you in a legal professional manner so that you will not get taken advantage of. GM is not your friend. The games that they play have already begun based on your description of your service experience.

It shows the put me in a silver Yukon loaner.... they did not. It was an Acadia. Also I think I should still be concerned with the RFB. Even though they replaced 2 tires... the vibration and pressure still exists.

I have a 16 Denali XL as well and as luck would have it on my side the only issue I have had is with the 4WD needed to be refreshed. It runs quite, and smooth and gets great milage. I have also towed a 7000lbs camper with it with no hic ups yet . I really hope you resolve your issues.
I do have something to say though other than this. Before I went to the big SUV ( had a Suburban before trading to the yukon) I owned a Montana SV6 . The Dealer I bought that from gave me such a run around about everything and anything warranty related I was ready to give up on GM . One of my friends said I should go and see his dealer ship to see if they would do anything for me.. boy I am glad I did . They repaired everything that I complained about with no hesitation and also went one step further and went looking for all other problems that would be covered under the warranty and repaired them as well.
Because of this I continuoisly return to that dealer for everything including the oil changes .They restored my faith in GM .
Maybe if you took it to another dealership they will treat you better. Probably not trade you into a new one but maybe help resolve the issues. Just saying

They basically hooked the truck up to their computer and flashed (reprogrammed)one of the on board computers ,I think the BCM.... since then i have not had anymore issues with the 4WD system since.May I ask you, what you meant by your Denali XL needing it's 4wd to be "refreshed"???
For those wondering why I am posting every visit, email, call and supporting data... I want people to have a point of reference if this should happen to them.
I am LOYAL to Yukon and GM. I have driven them for 15 years and would never consider another brand. More importantly than any of that... I want GMC to realize through our feedback... they have a problem. We are loyal... but they need to treat us right when we have a problem!

The service manager was the one he references in the email.they should eat the cost , if they have to put you in a rental.
you could always speak to the Serv Mgr
I forwarded the email to the GM Case manager telling them this is completely unacceptable. I didn't buy a $70K vehicle just to be charged for a rental while they complete warranty work.I think someone posted this a few pages ago
You have to take control of this situation, not by being rude, but be firm and ask for exactly what you want
His tone to you in the email seems like you've been the nice guy a little too long
