When the outside temp goes above 80 the speakers no longer produce sound. There is no dings, no turn signal clicks, no back-up warning sensor alarms, and no radio. Oddly enough the headphone jacks in the center consel for the rear passengers still produces sound from the radio.

ANy ideas on what the hell is going on?

If you're sure it's temperature related, then it probably has to do with a faulty relay somewhere. Could be a power relay like the RAP (retained accessory power) relay.
It could also be the amplifier if the car has Bose.

Where is that located at, what does it look like, and am I just checking the connection or how do I test the relay to see if it is the problem?
