She drives. You WILL feel vibration at idle with poly mounts. Things rattle a tad, my bad side mirror vibrates and I can feel the engine through the brake pedsl.

Driving however is completely normal.

Long story short I failed emissions baaaaaad. I had all monitors tuned to be off. I get to the test and the tech is scratching his head. The ******* poly mounts tipped him off. Up on the lift it went. I played dumb. Super dumb. I blamed the mods on the previous owner. He was nice enough to show me legal parts on his computer. I felt bad wasting his time.

I bought a new drivers manifold and a magnaflow ypipe. Old ypipe was cut out and had cat damage.

$690 shipped. Ouch. At least if I have to stay stock for a while I'll have a good part. So much cheap eBay cats out there.

Poly mounts out, solid h3 mounts in, and stock exhaust installed this weekend.

I like the 2 piece design. Mandrel bends too.

I am so glad we don't have inspection/emissions testing down here in FL. any more.... what a pain.

They didn't pass the wife test. They vibrate the cab a bit at idle. Other than that they're not noticeable. I got used to them.

Sigh, prepping for tomorrow. Had to get a new drivers manifold because the other had to be hacked out.

At least this dorman piece looks well built! Sniff, not a long tube though.

Pray for tgui..... :(

Also funny is I'll still have my high flow cat in place. I'll be making fewer emissions than when I was stock!!!

Started up with h3 mounts, magnaflow catted ypipe, stock manifolds, extra cat, and magnaflow muffler.

It's so damn quiet and tame. :(

Oh and you can hear my piston slap when I rev. Ha!

A little trans fluid comes out of the trans itself.

And when the lines are loose quite a lot drains out. Don't be me. Have a pan under it.

Also don't be me. I spilled a beer taking these pics. A nice ipa. I'm not a hipster, just love bitter.
