Those plugs are discontinued; I found one on EBay though.

OH, Hell it's the same thing as a retainer for the splash guard, any auto parts store has boxes of them all sizes, maybe not all colors,,,,,,

Maybe, I never saw one. All of mine have black interiors.

Mine did the same, it was lift struts I replaced all 4 and cheap ,works great
