I have a 2006 Yukon XL. The rear heater fan does not work. All the controls seem to be fine but no fan when turned on. Any thoughts?

By "all the controls" do you mean both the front overhead and rear controls? Have the fan fuses been checked (not visually, with a VOM) for voltage on both sides of the fuse?

Hard to tell with the overhead controls. When the overhead control is set to AUX the rear controls show everything as normal. The fan speed is adjustable but no actual fan. I was not able to find a fuse for the fan alone. The fuse seemed to be for the system and the controls are active.

Sounds like you may need to open up the rear passenger side panel and check for power at the fan motor.
