I don't know, man... They're like a drug dealer- they gave us some awesome freebies to get us hooked and now they got our Jonesin' asses by the balls.

don’t mind me....
I do. Well, Jenn has Prime. I just use her login info to buy stuff. I think she has Prime Video, if that's what's needed. I'll have to get her to turn the TV on and pull it up so I can see what we even have.
Prime is life! Nothing is better than ordering something around lunch at work. Get home at 530 and bam its already there!
Yep use prime video and search the motor trend channel or something like that. Its weird because if I go directly to the motor and website it doesn't work but through prime all is possible
I'll have to give this a shot. I know I've watched a quite few shows on Motortrend TV, but I never know how to find them with all the damned apps Jenn has and uses.

Thx for the shout out lol!So back when my spring broke and dropped a valve a buddy offered to have me send him a few and he would test them to identify which model spring they were since I truly didn't know and don't like to spread misinformation. The test results just came back here is what he said.
"Finally had them tested. Looks like they were PAC 1219 and not 1218
They have a 120Lbs. of seat pressure at 1.8 installed height. At 1.3 Height they are 280lbs
The PAC1219 are rated at 340Lbs per inch so that is 170Lbs for 1/2 inch. So 120 + 170 = 290. Being 10lbs lower is acceptable for a used spring and would be considered within spec.
The 1218 are rated at 313Lbs per inch which would be 156Lbs for 1/2 inch So 120 + 156 = 276. The springs wouldn't test higher than they are rated for especially after being used.
1 of the 3 Springs you sent had some odd wear on the top retainer area. Where they just stock OEM retainers? Did they have a locator underneath or did they sit on the hat of a valve seal?"
They were indeed on stock retainers however the spring did not break on a coil directly touching the retainer. Either way this should be a decent thing to consider for people wanting to run high lift cams with single springs even if the spring is rated to that lift.

Thx for the shout out lol!
Got some beehives from Brian Tooley--don't know what they're rated at tho.
The BTR stage 3 is what your running right? Its around .550/.550 lift which is well within spec for a set of behives. Also I believe there was a manufacturing issue with the set of PACs I had fail. Hopefully BTR doesn't use the same springs. Either way I wouldn't worry to much I did get over 30k on those springs which is pretty good for anything modified.

Original spec sheet. Going the same again.
Got a Circle D 3000 stall with it.Yeah that should be fine with a set of beehives specced by them. That's a nice cam, perfect for stock heads and converter.

Ouch. Glad everyone is ok! Great job with the Hoe and the trailer too! [emoji16][emoji631]Another rescue mission in the Tahoe. My little sister turned left on a green light, not a green arrow and pulled right out in front of a 2019 Jetta going 60mph, totalling both cars but the drivers had no injuries. She didn't have collision insurance since its a $1,500 beater so I had to go pick the car up before we racked up any more $35 a day storage fees. Trailer worked great, the harbour freight 12k winch is amazing and the Tahoe pulled it without any drama, I think its about to roll over 260k too which is cool.
Check out my Japanese lawn ornament. It can be yours for a couple hundo$$$
