2001 Tahoe Barn Door Replacement

Passenger side barn door on 2001 tahoe was crunched in while backing a boat trailer. I'm looking to replace this soon with a junk yard door. Can anyone tell me what all is going to be involved in removing the old door and putting the new one on?

YouTube has a video, GM did not intend for them to be replaced as the other doors. Good luck.
