2001 Denali "Hidden Features"?

I noticed on YouTube that a guy with a 2003 Denali had his stability control turned off, my guess is through a hidden feature in the secondary information center (the little display that tells fuel economy).

Are there any "hidden features" like that in the 2001 Denali? I've read through the manual and searched but I haven't read of any "hidden features" for the 2001 Denali. Does anybody know of any? Just curious.

other then clicking your dome override button a few times to turn the headlights off when driving, thats about all i know...start in 2nd gear on the shifter and it will stay in 2nd gear and not shift down to first..good for snow when you are 2wd...

other then that? idk
