so here’s my 2001 Chevy Tahoe video.

I’m looking for some pointers on what to do next. Anything helps

I would replace the faded headlights with some new eagle eyes and a HID kit, led bar fog's, clean the carpet, convert the cluster to Escalade style with led's, put in a double din with wireless android auto, radar detector, put all led's in the interior & marker lights.

Looks pretty clean outside. Sounds good too. I think I saw long tubes on it.

Sadly no long tubes yet still stock manifolds

sounds like you need new door hinges. rest is looking pretty good.

open your door all the way, then from the edge see if you can lift it up any, if it moves any you need new pins at min.

Looks pretty good. Start with a top to bottom deep clean inside and out like mentioned above. Give that paint and wheels a good clay bar, polish and top coat of wax. Same with the leather and all interior. Hit up the engine bay for a good clean and see if there are any leaks, etc...

Then start knocking off the hit list of basic maintenance items. Lots already listed in the NBS section here. Good luck and keep posting pics.
