lol, like how he skipped the "wiggled it" part, at least he didn't try and smack it with a hammer.
a rubber mallet works or if you have to bang on it otherwise use a piece of wood as the medium, the housing is cast aluminum and "can" crack if you hit it with a metal object
a screwdriver of the proper size works for lining up the bolt holes also.

Yeah the white lithium grease and some grunt got it in there. The left side went right in but the right side took a little more cussing to get it in there. Without the grease it would have probably been a lot worse.
