2000 XL heat/air issue

This morning while driving, I noticed the heat was on at my feet. I went to turn it to cool, and realized it already was.

I tried to hit AC- nothing, no light, no cool air.

I tried switching it to upper vents- nothing stayed on lowers.

I get a coffee, come back out, start it up and all is normal again.

Any ideas?

I want to say maybe the blend door actuator is going bad but since it went back to normal might just be a glitch. I'd wait to see if it happens again before trying to fix anything.

K i'll keep an eye/ear on it. Hopefully it doesn't come back...
