Just got done with a long trip. The heater core hoses in the firewall are hot. The thing I noticed is that the hose going to the thermostat is hot but the other one is not. Clogged radiator??

So far I have replaced the thermostat and the controller and topped off the fluid. It is acting like it thinks it’s already hot. I don’t know where the temperature sensor is.

I have had it for almost two years now and this is the first time it’s ever happened.

Just checked the temps. The one heater core hose is at 130 and the other one is at 120. The heater core is at a little over 100.

Do the temperatures suggest clogged heater core?? If so is it hard to do.

It might help us understand better if you collect your sequential thoughts and use fewer posts. Think about what you'll write and put it in one or two posts, instead of one-liners.

Okay. I don’t know how, but this morning I once again have heat. Thanks for all the help.
My guess is that you had a trapped air pocket somewhere, and it just burped itself. Let us know how everything is working in a few days.
