If you google P2227 and P2228 are related to the barometric pressure sensor. That said maybe best to have a knowledgeable shop monitor data from the barometric pressure sensor. The sensor can adjust air/fuel ratio as needed. Just don't start throwing parts at it which may cost more than have a pro diag it.

ya that's the tricky part, the map sensor is not much around $20, a maf sensor is around $70 depending on the year, a diagnosis is probably $180
you CAN end up paying the diag to find out it was a $20 part :shrug:
on the other hand you could go out and buy the part and still not correct the issue and end up having to pay the diagnostic anyway...
my thoughts are replace the map sensor anyway at 100k it's time, I did mine around 85k

If I remember correctly it’s right next to the TB right?

Another thing I realized I’ve recently noticed a slight shudder when coming to a stop

So I got some MAP readings and it seems they’re ok. It reads @30 and sits consistently at 10. The spikes are hard accelerations.
