12 bolt swap help

Trying to decide on swaping from a 10 bolt to a 12 bolt.

I dont want to have to do alot of modifications for this is my daily driver and the diff is messed up now and can not drive it.

so... what came with a 12 bolt and what mods need to be done for it to work?
