As stated 08 lt2 I believe every option except navigation and DVD factory everything speakers head unit no Amp just factory as produced
To no rhyme or reason just door speakers will quit like Copperfield boom gone dust in the wind and then random as it went it returns it can be at idol running parked up hill down hill across no reasons just in and out
I'm leaning on the HU but a lil guidance would be helpful

Have you done anything to the stock audio system (doesn't sound like it, but want to be sure)? Have you done any work under the dash in an area close to the head unit, where you might have inadvertently moved or disturbed a connector on the head unit? Are all of the door speakers cutting out at the same time, or is it only 1 door involved?

first check your fuse panel under the hood. there's a key in there so find the amp fuse and check that first. If its fine, move to the connections/plugs on the speakers. wiggle the wires on each speaker. let us know what you find out.

Will do but I don't think it came with a factory Amp?

I think intermittently working door speakers are a somewhat common issue on these vehicles. One of my front door speakers cut out once in a while, but I replaced both sides a couple years ago with GM parts (due to Bose system and Bose-specific ohm value) and no problems since then.

Is there still sound coming from the A-pillar speakers and rear doors?

It's just tje a pillars and tje ones in the hatch
No door speakers at all
I guess it would be easier to replace a speaker than pull the HU

Your amp is under the cup holder/tray in the console. Just in front of that is the subwoofer.

Check the wires going through the door. Being 16 years old, I reckon they're due for replacement. Did almost all of mine in '23.

The tweeters are wired to the radio with the front door speakers. The rear door speakers are wired up with the D-Pillar speakers to the RSA and then the radio.

Since you can hear some of those speakers, I suspect either a worn out speaker or a wiring issue.

That will be my first major check
Pull door panel and inspect
I'd like to have another speaker at the time to plug in to verify
Thank you

The new plug worked for a few months and then the speaker died after that. When I moved the speaker cone in and out of the magnet by hand I could feel it grinding in there like there was rust or dirt in it in it or something. These have no protection from the elements from the interior of the door. Crutchfield sells speaker baffles to help with this.
