06 Tahoe power steering and gear box...

Ok so I replaced my sloppy gear box with a new one it has a lifetime warranty and It was refurbished by a1cardone I believe..

The good news is there's no more sloppy steering the bad news is....

The power steering barely works at all at idle sitting still.. And when driving it does fight you a bit.. I also flushed the fluid and put in fresh.. And had an alignment done..

Any ideas? I'm stumped!!!

Is anything binding? Is everything re-attached properly?

Yep and the shop that did the alignment double checked it

No binding works good sometimes and crappy others
