What radio module are you using? I had a pac unit previous to my crux unit. The pac would randomly cause the same symptom of shutting off randomly. I thought it was my deck until one day it never came on. Had power to module, but not out to the deck. If you can catch it while it's acting up and test the wiring you will find out if it's module or deck or loose connection.

It's a schoche. Maybe it's the module. I'll find out once I get a new deck in there, hopefully this weekend. The thing is it will go for weeks without any issues. Sometimes it''s right after ignition turn over, sometimes it's hours after a road trip. Doesn't matter if on a bumpy road or parked not moving.

Here's the module. Notice the nice place on the left to tuck it away. Looks like a rats nest but I assure you it's not lol. If I put in a new deck and I get the same issues I'll be calling that tech support number on the module

The relay is pretty cool and stays tucked away. I don't have a pic unfortunately. They only thing I would have done differently would be to get a relay from a junk yard rather than buy brand new.

yes I did clean that area out lol yuck

Also shaved out the area for the 2nd row footwell lights. Now with the full recline mod I have to notch the top of the plastic trim.
