04 tahoe 2nd row captain seat armrest

The armrest on the passenger side middle row seat is stuck up. Can't budge it at all. I can't find any info on removing the armrest to see what the issue is. Anyone know how to remove it?

If it's like the front seats:

They’re identical to the front seats. What I’ve seen with them is the stop will come outside of the track so to speak and just need to pop the clip out and get the arm rest back inside the track. Just be very careful because that clip is super easy to lose
