04 GMC Yukon radio intermittent

04 GMC Yukon Denali XL with bose system. Having a intermittent radio not outputting sound. I can start the truck and no sound what so ever. And then I shut off the truck and start it again and sound. Anyone have a idea of what it could be?

What happens when you start the truck, the sound does not output, and you then drive for up to one hour, without touching the head unit again. Does the sound come back on later while you are driving? If yes, then probably a power capacitor is leaking and requires replacement (or replacing the entire head unit).

If you drive on a really rough road with the sound outputting, does it cut off/out at all?

It never comes back while driving. I turn the truck off and back on and sometimes it has sound and sometimes it doesn't. Have a atoto s8 radio and gm11 harness.
