'03 slave cd changed in '02 yukon?

as the title says, is this possible? Will it work, I have the slave tape deck now in the lower center console. The slave cd changer has a nine pin connection like the tape deck. anyone know or is it different?

It wont work, I've tried it before on my 01 stock radio. The 03+ slave changers will only work on 03+ radios.

Yeah, the plug is actually the same but it wont work. I plugged one into mine and it did nothing. I heard the discs in it trying to eject or move, then nothing. The radio did not "see" that it was hooked up either.
