I've googled and searched here and don't see a problem like mine. My Tahoe has hvac controls above the rear view mirror that I suspect are supposed to make things happen in the headliner vents in the back. No controls in the back seat. The problem is no air movement in the back. Doesn't sound like the fan runs at all. Checked fuses, looked at the big orange wire. Where is the blower motor and resistor for this setup?

If you open your rear liftgate, on the right side paneling is the cover for all your HVAC controls. Mine needed a new door motor, would only blow cold air. Yours sounds more like a blower motor or the computer/brain of the rear HVAC (all is right under the paneling and easily accessible) but I would check to see if everything is getting power as it should first
