It's textured and the very well known paint shop by me said they wouldn't do it and said if they did it'd be 550-600 for all the work on it so I mine as well do it myself
WHAT!!!!! 600 bucks to paint a top pad ONLY??? Are you serious. They are smoking some good stuff. Chauncey can get his whole front end painted for that.
Smoothing them down is a pain, but not 600 bucks a pain. Heck for that, i'll get one and do it for you. lol

I'm doing it all myself now if it comes out crappy I'll just sand it down and give it to them to paint smooth
just get a stock regualar cap and try on that one first. Should be able to find those cheap. if you were close id get you one. Or you could just tell them paint it and see how you like it.

The stock hs has a texture to it like the 05 ls hoes

Not bad attempted to tint the tails :/ came out like crap so I just sanded them down... Waiting for another day
And yes I do plan on cleaning up my bay it is somewhat dirrtayyyy
I meant get a stock cap to try to smooth down, incase something happens and it gets ruined, then your not on the hunt for another HD Cap. (but would be double work, eh..)
And nice job on the covers. Look great. Its the little things ...

Pint should cover bumper cap and running boards and a can of clear for bumper cap....
Was supposed to get it done tomorrow but I have work and my buddy sick on both ends so I'm not chancing going near him hahaha keep you posted

Bought new ones bc I sold my stocks for 80 and bought alxs210's for 80 and I have tried to tint these 100x done cleaning them
I'll just keep them in the storage till I decide to sell...
New ones I'll be using tint film!!!
Brand new in box z71 fogs for my newer valance only costed $70 shipped sweeeetttt

the left one is giving me problems but i havent found the fuse for it yet it was working before i went to tint it so ill have to get back to you on that! ill let you know monday since i work tonight till close 10-10 sat and god knows on sunday...gotta love the restaurant business hahah
Join the club. Except both my tail lights are missing the outter rows. lol.
Question -- What is in the GM box? Are those brackets?

Got my new tails on and JDM tinted them I will suggest if you go this way use a heat gun it'll help a Ton hair dryer didn't cut it as well.....
Not as dark ad I wanted but I'll see what I can do looks fact glossy though... Better than spraying paint...
