    Makes sense. I don't plan on taking it to a shop but if I buy that replacement tank and it doesn't seal then I've got worse problems. When I start this project though I'll make a thread for it.

    The radiator water tank thing on the side with the oil cooler is the part that is cracked. They sell a replacement for the stock, but I wouldn't know if it seals right or if it'd be easier to replace the whole radiator. I might go with the repair kit because its half as expensive. Your thoughts?

    You say you can add on with modules. I know I might be difficult for asking, but could you just buy a new CD module? Since it sounds like it'd be harder to get a new tape module for a newer HU (yes I still listen to tapes haha)

    What year do you have? Mine is obviously a 1997, but I can almost gurantee yours is in a better condition regardless. I'm bone stock and can go about sixty or maybe up to eighty more miles on a full tank. I don't know if I have the thirty gallon tank option or not.

    Tempted to say it's engine dependent. Louder and more high pitched as you go faster, but once you get about sixty it dulls out and you can't hear it over the road noises

    Stands to reason that any years that had the same interior, 97 - 99 would likely be able to be donor vehicles. The major stuff that was reworked throughout those years was safety, it seems. So as long as the trim piece or plastic cover doesn't have an airbag in it, you should be good.
