Just ordered my Circle D converter and performabuilt lvl2
I almost did the 80e swap but that was going to mean more down time and modifications and money lol. I will probably not mod much farther the what I am now. If I do it will be a 6.0 and a small cam. 350whp range max lol. I've got two fbodys also so they get alot of the go fast goodies.- screamin86

I can't wait my Yukon has been down since early on January and I've been having to DD my Camaro. I don't mind driving the Camaro some but it's just not as comfortable. Called chris at circle D and ordered the 278mm 2600-2800 converter and placed a order through performabuilt for a lvl2 60e!! I'm excited but broke now lol.- screamin86

long tubes no cats and stock muffler anyone?
Awesome have any videos? Here is a clip of one of my past thirdgens. I had longtubes custom y pipe I built no cats 3.5in I pipe to a cutout then 3in over the axle into a stock 02 trans am muffler. FULL exhaust questions
Longtubes are the only way to go on these LSX motors. And there is tons of room. Biggest thing o worry about is exhaust bolts breaking off in the heads.- screamin86

You will have to build your own setup no one offers a bolt on true dual setup for these things as far as I know.- screamin86

my current exhaust setup has gotten to the point where its a little obnoxious...it doesn't bother me when im alone but when hauling anyone with me it can be a pain. im debating on throwing the stock muffler and tail pipe back on and putting an electric cutout in before the muffler. how does the...- screamin86

ive got ebay longtubes and off road y on my yukon and a 14in case magnaflow with 3in in and dual 2 1/2 out in the stock location with no tips....it sounds good but its become a bit obnoxious lol. about to post a thread about swaping the stock muffler back on...- screamin86

its a 3in in and dual 2.5 out i wanted a single in/out but the shop that did my exhaust a few years back didnt order the muffler i wanted so i went with this one. it was originaly suppose to be a 18in. ive thought about adding a bullet muffler in the i pipe but contemplating other options first...- screamin86

Well idk if for sure I'm going to lower mine ive been looking around for deals on 2/3 drop kits but thought I'd just see if anyone has tried this. Thought about buying a 2/3 drop and then cutting some stock springs and put them on for a comparison.- screamin86

Haha sorry I was just stating my experiance before I got flamed. Has it been done on these trucks with good results? Of course either shock brackets and or lowering shocks would go on too. Not saying I'm going to do it but curious on opinions on how one of these trucks would ride with "trimmed"...- screamin86

well ive kinda left the exterior of my Yukon Xl alone for awhile and im ready to change it up a bit and wondering what to do next? ive liked the stockish look but im more about function over looks. so far all ive done was clear stock headlights tinted the factory tails and 3rd brake light billet...- screamin86

03 Yukon SLT / Suggestions on performance please!!!!!
Which gears does yours have? I know some came with 3.42s but I think it's kinda rare most had 3.73s or 4.10s. These 5.3s have more upper end power though mine comes on strong aroun 2800rpm. here is the pic of my buddy towing my yukon.- screamin86
