bass enhancers

hey guys im redoing my whole system for the head unit to the subs and amps. I'm thinking about bass enhancers but i have know idea what it is can anyone tell me what or how it works thanks guys

lol @ add real bass.....but not a bad idea....
ofcourse I dont know your preference or what kind of setup u have but
Iv had an "epicenter" before and it does enhance the bass of certain notes of many songs that ordinarily would not get picked up with many sub setups, like old school music, Isley brothers, roy ayers, James Brown and stuff along those lines. An epicenter cost about $115, and u would have to shop around for install prices, but before u did all that I would 1st go to a car audio expert and ask if it would help out your sepecific setup @ all.

I would have to agree with mrtrill. A buddy of mine introduced me to an epicenter and I have been hooked ever since. I like alot of old school music and James Brown is one of my favorites. Listening to JB through an epicenter is a one of kind experience!
