When I got in my vehicle this morning at 6am the GPS icon and path were blue (active navigation, Google Maps not Car Play). A few hours later when I went to my next stop, I noticed the icon had changed to purple and the path to my next destination was purple. This was noticeable as it stood out. I'm not a fan of this change and I haven't spent any time to look at the settings to see if that can be changed.
Personally, I think the blue was a better color, the purple doesn't stand out as much, to me.
