Back in the ’90’s, I filled in as a home builder Superintendent … At the end of the day, walking through the 3 final homes, I wore a dust mask and used a blower to clean out all the framing - sawdust before the sheetrock was installed.
( ridding the termite food , etc )

Are the windows installed yet?
Maybe in the machine that builds them

Had to get some clarification on the footer/foundation engineering. They are going to modify that.

My grading said he'd get some equipment out there this week and at least get started. Looks like rain next week, so who knows.

Grading guy is picking up my rebar for the foundation right now. The guys in the plant cut the pieces to length that were custom, the rest is just a bundle of #4 bar, grade 60.

@89Suburban what do you sell a bundle of #4 bar for? We pay $803.60. Thats USA made, grade 60.
We pay $990 and sell for $1250. We buy from CMC Steel and Re-Steel.

I'm having flashbacks of spending hours with one of these, hands sore and covered with a combo of rust and black oily shit.
This has been the hot thing the past 4-5 years. $2,750

We have 3 or 4 of them. If they're tying steel on the weekend, I'll be over there with one of those guns.
