What part is this and where do you buy it.

Hi so it only took 3 years but I backed up my2011 Tahoe and smashed a rear part. However I do not know that the part is called. I also smashed the tail light. So I’m posting pictures and asking for ideas. Can I get the part with the same pattern of paint? Can I remove and install the new part by my own? If anyone has links to part stores and an opinion of what it will cost to replace both parts. It would be greatly appreciated.

That will need a new rear bumper and paint there is a way to bring that back with some heat and finesse back in to shape but would probably still need paint.
