I custom made a front splitter to compliment my PPV front lip. Using ply wood I cut out the desired shape, coated it with fiberglass resin and the many multiple coats of bed liner to further seal it. It’s mounted to the bumper frame in the front and the rear underpan by the wheel wells. Very solid, which was a challenge to achieve with the PPV lip which has no under flanges. First pictures is raw plywood so you can see the actual shape, the black disappears in pictures.

After that I cut in some dual Silverado exhaust bezels, I wanted an OEM plus look. They are currently not active, dual exhaust is on the list of future mods, but I needed the output location set before I could have that fabricated.

Future exterior styling mods are hopefully GMC declads in satin black. Or possibly some rear PPV style steelies with a 9 or 10” wide rear and a fat tire in the back. (Stocks up front). I’m leaning toward the declads though because I want the Silverado/PPV brembo upgrade. But the fat tire rear is also one of my priorities so I may have to have the rear declads widened.

FWIW I could compliment you on your mods that complement the look of your vehicle's front lip. ;)

Thank you, I know it’s not everyone’s taste. Most people like super low & big wheels or raised trucks here. I want more of a hot rod/sport truck look

The exhaust cutouts in the bumper with the tips is such a nice touch, wow

Can you show us how you did those exhaust tips? Where you got them from?
I got them fro eBay. It wasn’t hard. I made a template for them. Right and left are slightly diffent. Then I layed them out between the bumper mounting tabs figures out the heights and cut them in with a dremal. Started small and cut more till I was happy.
Mounting was the hardest part. I used some aluminum stock, cut and drilled it where it needed to go

That takes a lot of patience. Good job.

I had the template still, but it’s made for the PPV front valance. I don’t know how it would fit on anything else. Also it’s definetly not something I’d want to ship. It’s 78” wide by 24” deep
