I have used both. The Haynes is a good high level overview and great for simple jobs like brakes, replacing radiators, etc. it’s easier to follow with the pictures.
The factory manuals are very detailed and for simple jobs it slows me down. I do use them for advanced problems like electrical for sure with all their diagrams……
