qa1 used to make a curved one I have on my 2012. beware of those sphon poly bushings they do not hold up. I had to replace them on my control arms because they basically split apart. the ones they use are not solid thru, it is a 2 piece short cap with the metal sleeve in the center for the bolt.
I took the control arms off after replacing the bushings because I could feel them failing again after a short period.
pretty weird feeling when the vehicle is stopping/accelerating, took me a good while to figure out what the cause was. Almost made me sick to my stomach like being on a carnival ride.
I don't think you will get the same feeling from the panhard bar but if you start noticing the rear end swaying or side to side wheel movement that would be from the bushing failing. I would check that bushing probably every 6 months. they use the same exact bushing on a LOT of their things they sell and they do sell replacements fairly cheap but I was just not satisfied with there product anymore, unfortunately there are not a lot of options out there for a curved panhard bar.
the rear axle is floating, and the panhard bar controls the left/right movement.
the reason for the adjuster is pull the axle back into alignment when the vehicle is lowered.
