So I changed the bulbs in the rear and the front to led. The right turn signal will stay solid, but the lights work. The hazard lights will work if I put them on but turn off the car. All the bulbs are intact and working. Is there a dead fuse somewhere I can check?

I wish I could give you the answer but the only thing I can say is that, over and over and over again, I see posts like this because of changing to LED and then problems. I read somewhere that the reflective coating, on the inside of the housing, is not the same for OE and LED. That has nothing to do with your problem but even when you just put bulbs in and not the correct reflective housing, you do not get the full effect.

The steady turn signal light was on before I changed the bulbs and intermittently on now. I’m thinking maybe a relay somewhere?
Why did you not say this info in the beginning? Would not change my opinion of the LED's but when posting about a problem, it is IMPORTANT to share all of the info.

Does your year truck have a separate flasher module/relay? My 07 does not, as that function was incorporated into the BCM. @OR VietVet ?

What year, make, model, and engine? Consider adding that to your signature so it's always there.

Of course there's a turn signal flasher on most, if not all, GMT800s. Once we know what you're working on we can opine.

Wiring diagrams at www.charm.li. I would suggest reinstalling good incandescent bulbs, diagnosing and repairing the issue, then trying the LEDs.

I didn't watch all of this video but he shows you "where it's at." Ignore that bad grammar, please. ;)

I know that if u change to LED lights, the flasher must be changed for LED use. If applicable. And that being said, I had a similar issue on another truck and the LED light only went in one way. But that was my issue at the time.
